Create a bundle and set its price
A bundle sells existing products in a fixed ratio. Starlit Booth Set contains one Starlit Zine A and one Starlit Badge B for 52. There is no separate physical-stock field: available bundles are calculated from their components. Create those products first.
Open Bundles
Open Bundles in the sidebar. Search by name or use filter and sort for price, available stock, product count, and author. Cards show price, contents, and available bundles.
Open Bundles Create or edit details
Create a bundle with a name, cover, and description. To edit the sample, open Starlit Booth Set and use the pencil beside its name. The screenshot shows editing; creation uses similar fields.
Create or edit details Set price and purchase limit
Enter the bundle price and compare the component total and discount percentage. Set the per-order limit in bundles; blank or 0 means unlimited. POS uses the bundle price and limit.
Choose tag behavior and save
In bundle tags, inherit product tags to follow component changes, or choose custom bundle tags to use only your selected tags. Save the new bundle or edited details.
Set the contents of one bundle
Component quantities are consumed for each bundle sold. A book ×1 and badge ×2 means three bundles use three books and six badges. Save the contents after adding, removing, or changing quantities; check that the unsaved warning disappears.
Review bundle details
Open the sample and review component types, total item count, available bundles, and price. Use the upper-right icons to switch grid/list views.
Review bundle details Add components
Add the actual products you will pack. For a variant family, choose a specific SKU; an entire family cannot act as an arbitrary-choice bundle component.
Change the ratio and save
Edit a component's quantity or use its pencil. MAX fills the per-bundle quantity with the available maximum; use it only when all those units belong in one bundle. Remove unwanted components and save the changed list to recalculate availability.
Find the limiting component
Five units of a component used two at a time support only two bundles. Calculate each component's capacity; the smallest value limits bundle availability.
Restock bundles and link event inventory
Bundle restocking increases real component stock in the configured ratio. Use it for newly received materials, not products already counted. Linked event inventory shares component allocations with standalone sales; unlinked inventory allocates standalone items and bundles separately. Both remain limited by physical stock.
Preview a bundle restock
Open bundle restocking, enter the number of bundles and a note, and inspect every component's before/after stock. Added units equal bundle count × component quantity.
Preview a bundle restock Confirm received goods
When the preview matches the delivery, confirm the restock and its confirmation dialog. Check a component's stock log afterward. Component stock and available bundles will increase.
Add the bundle to an event
Use Add items → Bundles in the event. Check the inventory mode in selling preferences, then set event allocations. Sales follow that event's inventory rules.
Organize or remove bundles
Save a custom sort order in filter and sort. For bulk deletion, use the trash icon on iPad or More actions → Select bundles on phones. Check selected counts before confirming. Archive unused bundles temporarily; deletion first moves them to the recycle bin.
Tips
- Match component quantities to the actual package. Enter prices and limits per bundle, avoid duplicate restocking, and check the event's linking mode.
