Try the demo or choose an event

Gacha is an in-app drawing tool, with no physical machine required. Prizes come from event products/bundles. Try Demo uses a built-in pool that resets on closing without affecting your data. Test mode in a real machine does change that machine's pool; these are different.

  1. Try the toolbox demo

Open Treasure Box → Gacha. If Try Demo is offered, it uses a separate demonstration pool. For the walkthrough shown here, enter the event and configure its pool before drawing in Test mode.

  2. Open a real machine

Open Gacha, follow plan access prompts if needed, and choose an event containing products or bundles.

    Open a real machine
  3. Check the active machine

Use machine selection/management to verify event and machine name before editing the pool.

Tips

  • There is no per-draw price, payment method, or draw-count setting. Collect any fee separately; drawing does not create a paid order.

Manage and copy machines

An event can have independent machines with separate pools and skins, constrained by shared event availability. Copying to another event carries prizes, rarities, and skin, with quantities adjusted to the destination's unallocated stock. Inspect the copy afterward.

  1. Create and name a machine

In machine management, create a machine, give it a distinctive name, and save.

  2. Switch or rename

Select the machine or rename it, then check the current name on its main page.

  3. Copy to an event

Choose a destination event, review adjusted prize quantities, and save any edits. The copy has its own pool and does not change the original when edited.

  4. Delete a machine

Verify its name and confirm deletion. This removes the machine and its pool records, not the event or physical product stock.

Tips

  • Do not allocate the same available event units twice. Copying machines does not copy orders.

Set prizes, quantities, and rarity

Choose prizes from existing event products/bundles; register and add missing products first. Remaining quantity determines probability. Common, rare, epic, and legendary are display labels, not independent probability weights.

  1. Add prizes

Open pool configuration and Add prizes, switch products/bundles, select items, and add them to the pool.

    Add prizes
  2. Set pool quantities

Use plus/minus or direct input. Respect each displayed maximum and quantities already allocated to other machines.

  3. Set display rarity

Choose a rarity for each prize, remove unwanted entries, and save. Today's pool shows remaining quantities and proportions.

  4. Resolve invalid prizes

If a prize is deleted, outside the event, short on stock, or flagged, review configuration, adjust to current limits, and save before drawing.

Tips

  • Match the pool to prepared goods. Ordinary sales can reduce the number actually available for drawing.

Test, draw, and undo

Real draws reduce machine pool, event quantity, and physical stock, including bundle components. Test draws reduce only the pool. Undo restores according to the original mode; test mode is not entirely read-only.

  1. Run a test draw

Enable Test mode and confirm its explanation. With 10 Starlit Badge B prizes configured, draw once and select Claim. The pool drops to 9; event availability and physical stock stay unchanged.

    Run a test draw
  2. Undo the test

Open today's pool and undo the last draw with confirmation. The one test unit returns to the pool, with no physical-stock change.

  3. Run a real draw

Disable test mode when actually giving a prize, check the pool, draw, hand over the correct product/bundle, and accept the result. Pool, event, and physical stock decrease; no payment order is created.

  4. Undo a mistaken draw

Undo only the latest result when needed, retrieve the goods first, and confirm. New draws or pool edits may prevent undoing older results. Real-draw undo restores event and physical stock as well as the pool.

Tips

  • There is no full history for arbitrary rollback. If a result is uncertain, inspect the pool rather than repeatedly drawing.

Choose or create a skin

Skins change appearance, not prizes or probability. Custom skins are shared in this device's library across events. Use layered PNGs: body/window and button are required; optional window background must match the body's exact canvas dimensions.

  1. Choose a saved skin

Open machine skins, select the built-in classic or a library item, preview it, and apply.

    Choose a saved skin
  2. Download the drawing template

Download the custom-skin drawing template and prepare PNG layers, preserving transparent areas and positions.

  3. Upload required layers

Upload body/window and button, then optionally a same-sized window background.

  4. Size the button and apply

Adjust button size, verify its position is visible, and apply. The skin is saved locally for other events too.

Tips

  • Use PNG assets. Skins are reusable, but each machine keeps independent pool quantities.
