Find a product
Products stores your product details and physical stock. Set the quantity you intend to bring in each event. The examples use Starlit Zine A and Starlit Badge B; substitute your own products when you are ready. Standalone products have their own stock; a variant family groups them into one selection screen. Add products to an event before selling them in its POS.
Open Products
Open Products in the sidebar to see images, names, prices, and remaining stock. The sample list includes standalone products, variant families, low-stock items, and sold-out items.
Open Products Search and choose a type
Search by name or tag, for example 星旅. Switch between all items, standalone products, and variant families. Clear the keyword and filters if nothing appears.
Filter and sort
Open Filter and sort. Choose name, price, remaining stock, total stock, author, creation date, or last update, then ascending or descending order. Add tag filters if needed and select Apply.
Filter and sort Save a custom order
Choose Custom order → Adjust custom order, press and hold a card, drag it, and save. New or imported items go at the top. This order is separate from the product order inside each event.
Add a product and set its purchase limit
Add product offers standalone, variant family, and bulk creation. Start with a standalone item: the sample Tutorial Postcard costs 10 and starts with 30 units. Leave the per-order limit empty if no limit is needed. Existing sample products remain available for practicing stock and order history.
Choose standalone product
Select Add product → Standalone product to open the new-product form.
Choose standalone product Enter name, price, and stock
Enter Tutorial Postcard, price 10, and stock 30. For real products, enter the number of physical units you have. Leave the variant-family field ungrouped for an ordinary standalone item.
Enter name, price, and stock Add a purchase limit and description
Set the per-order purchase limit, or leave it blank. Describe dimensions, packaging, or handover details in the description. A cart cannot exceed the saved limit or available stock.
Choose price visibility and save
If available on your plan, Hide price in POS hides prices on Simplified Chinese POS cards and cart lines; checkout still charges the price. Add images and tags, then save the product.
Images, covers, and tags
Use clear images and distinctive names. Tags such as series/IP, technique, author, and material help with search, POS sections, and revenue analysis. Applying an edited cover generates the image; save the product form to keep the change.
Add an image
In the product images area, choose the upload action, then camera or photo library. Grant the requested access when prompted.
Edit the product image
Choose or replace the product image and select a transparent or built-in background. Drag, zoom, and rotate; use fit, center, or reset as needed. Apply it as the cover. Custom backgrounds depend on your plan.
Choose the main image
With multiple images, use the main-image action on the image or detail screen. If a generated transparent cover is present, follow the prompt to remove it before choosing another main image. Save to update list and selling-catalog covers.
Assign tags by category
Open a tag category and choose an existing tag or type a new name. Reuse the previous tags when entering a series, then remove any that do not apply. Check author tags carefully because they affect revenue analysis.
Edit details and adjust stock
Product details show images, price, stock, tags, description, purchase limits, selling restrictions, and variant membership. Use Adjust next to stock when editing an existing product. Adjust changes current stock; Adjust total changes current and total stock together; Restock increases both. The base standalone-selling restriction is separate from hiding an item in one event.
Edit product details
Open Starlit Zine A and edit the product. Change its name, price, limit, description, images, or tags, then save the changes.
Edit product details Open stock adjustment
To practice with Tutorial Postcard, open it from the list, edit it, and select Adjust beside stock. The screenshot shows price 10 and stock 30. Use this same entry for other existing products.
Open stock adjustment Correct a stocktake difference
Choose Adjust. Enter a delta, or switch to Set to and enter the counted stock. Add a quick note such as Booth stocktake or Quantity check, review the preview, and apply. This changes current stock only.
Restock or correct the total
For delivered goods, choose Restock, enter the added quantity and note, and apply. Use Adjust total only to correct an incorrectly recorded total; check both target values. Restocking increases current and total stock. Check event allocations separately.
Trace stock changes and sales
Stock logs record sales, restocks, refunds, and manual corrections. Order history shows the associated sales. Product history excludes bundle components by default; enable them to include component quantities and allocated receipts.
Read the stock timeline
Open stock logs from product details. Review current stock, total incoming and outgoing units, net change, and each entry's before/after quantities, reason, and time.
Read the stock timeline Filter sales and find the order
Switch to sales only and open a record linked to an order. Check quantities by order number or pickup code. Refresh when you need the latest records.
Include bundle components
From product details, open More actions → Order history. Compare standalone sales with Include bundle components enabled. Bundle receipts are allocated to components; do not count those allocations as another whole bundle sale.
Record production costs
Costs and profit tracks batches, average unit cost, price, unit gross profit, and sample expenses. Premium access may be required. Samples record expenses without stock changes. Production batches can add stock; for goods already counted, use the existing-stock cost entry to avoid adding them twice.
Open costs and profit
Open costs and profit in product details. Browse the overview and filters for all batches, missing costs, samples, and production.
Open costs and profit Add costs for existing stock
Choose the existing-stock cost action, enter quantity, and select total cost or unit cost. Check the other amount calculated by the app. Saving this cost does not increase stock.
Add a production batch
Create a production batch with quantity, cost, factory/supplier, and notes. Enable adding stock only if these units have not been received into stock. Unknown costs can be left blank and filled later; the batch remains under missing costs and profit is incomplete.
Add a production batch Record samples and correct batches
Add a sample batch for sample expenses. Open existing batches to correct cost or quantity. A batch linked to restocking cannot change type or be deleted. Changing its accounting quantity does not adjust stock. Deleting other batches also leaves stock unchanged; use stock adjustment for physical discrepancies.
Product codes, label testing, and bulk actions
Saving a product generates its primary product code automatically. The same code supports barcode and QR representations; no manual SKU is needed. Bulk creation makes new standalone products from images. Bulk selection manages existing products. Configure variant relationships separately.
Check the product code
Check the generated code in the saved product's label identity card. Barcode/QR describes supported formats; choose the actual appearance in the print template. The word Sample on a product image is not a product code.
Print and test a label
Configure a default label printer and template, then use the print icon to print one label. With an HID scanner connected, start label testing, scan after the waiting prompt, and check for a successful match before closing the test. The screenshot shows waiting, not a verified scan. Real printing and scanning must be checked on hardware.
Print and test a label Create products from multiple images
Choose Add product → Bulk add and select images. Fill in each row's name, price, stock, and limit. You can add more images, edit layers, or remove pending rows.
Apply bulk values and import
Select rows and apply shared price, stock, limit, or tag settings. Keep individual values for other fields. Resolve invalid-row warnings, then import and confirm the count. Import creates every pending row; selection controls only which rows receive bulk settings.
Duplicate, archive, or delete
In More actions, choose duplicate, archive, or delete and check the product name in the confirmation. Duplicating creates a new item with its basic details, stock, tags, and images. Deleted products go to the recycle bin; see the archive and recovery guidance.
Duplicate, archive, or delete Confirm a bulk deletion
On iPad, use the trash icon beside Add product; on phones, use More actions → Bulk select products. Select items, tap the upper-right trash icon, and check the bulk-delete bar and count. Confirm moving to the recycle bin, or cancel when practicing. The screenshot selects only PC Tutorial Sticker and is still awaiting confirmation; selection alone deletes nothing.

Tips
- Save after editing details. Restock deliveries and adjust stocktake differences. Costs can be entered later, but products must be added to an event before selling.
