Export CSV
Export a history ZIP containing CSV reports, or export the sales matrix as a separate CSV.

Export filtered order history
History export includes all orders matching the current query, including pages not yet scrolled into view. Settings offers a full-history export. The ZIP normally contains four CSVs: orders, sales matrix, author revenue, and product revenue ranking. For the database and images, use a full .backup instead.
Choose the scope
In Order history, set event, dates, and advanced filters, remove unwanted search terms, and check summary and matching count.
Save the ZIP
Export data, wait for the share sheet, and choose Save to Files or another destination. Filenames usually include the event or date range.
Unzip and check all four files
Unzip and open the order list, sales matrix, author revenue, and product ranking CSVs. Spot-check a known order's ID, amount, quantity, and refund state.
Export all history or only the matrix
Use Settings → Data management → Export history for all events, then Save to Files. The screenshot shows a generated full-history ZIP. For just the matrix, use its own export action to save one CSV.
Export all history or only the matrix
Understand the exported columns
Orders include original subtotal, discounts, taxable amount, net sales, tax rate, original/refunded tax, current/refunded tax-inclusive totals, method, status, and items. Product ranking separates standalone and bundle-component quantities and receipts. Do not add whole-bundle revenue to product totals already including those components.
Reconcile orders
Match CSV order IDs to the app, then check status, gift flag, current tax-inclusive total, and refunds. Group by the actual payment method.
Read matrix quantities
Check each order across product columns, distinguish paid units and gift marks, and review tax and total-paid columns.
Read author revenue
Check attribution, attribution type, and calculation scope: single, joint, or no author. Then compare paid units, gifts, returns, and revenue. Joint-author revenue belongs to the combination, not a full copy for each person.
Read product rankings
Compare standalone receipts, allocated bundle receipts, combined receipts, and their quantities. Separate product rows from bundle rows before totaling.
Export product data and open CSV correctly
Product export contains products.csv, bundles.csv, and tags.csv. Images and the full database belong in .backup. CSV is UTF-8 with a byte-order mark; use text import with UTF-8 and explicit field types if your spreadsheet misreads characters, dates, or identifiers.
Export the catalog
Open Settings → Data management → Export products, save and unzip, and check all three files.
Check product fields
Spot-check name, price, total/remaining stock, purchase limit, sales restrictions, hidden POS price, costs, variant dimensions/values, and categorized tags.
Use the current import template
Download the current CSV template and follow its fields and preview. Do not import order CSVs or an entire ZIP as products. See CSV import for details.
Keep an original copy
Keep the exported original and calculate in a copy. Export a full .backup as well when migrating devices.
Tips
- Verify scope, unzip the saved file, and check one known order. Separate tax, refunds, gifts, and bundle allocations to avoid double counting.
